(Jamie) 25/11/09. So I legged it over to Chamonix the other day, as you do, just to check out the new face that will be the setting for the second leg of the Freeride World Tour. To be honest, as you can probably see, it just looked like a load of rocks. However – and I realise the photo does it no justice – from the bottom there were already features and lines that looked doable. With a few metres of pow this is going to be a great leg in the Tour. We met some of the competitors and managed to sit down with a few of them for a chat, keep an eye out for the interviews which will be dropping soon on skiunion. In the meantime, the rest of you can rip this photo off the site and draw lines where you think you would ski if you were in the comp, before going back to the day job like us!
