This ski seemed to go down well with the testers. They felt stable at reasonable speeds and in a straight line, and even at lower speeds they weren’t too unforgiving. The ride was both smooth and lively. This ski is designed to be equally good off and on the piste, and it didn’t seem to have problems in either domain. Hardcore freeriders might want to look for somehting a little more off piste specific, but for those who are looking for a 50/50 ski, the SC86 is difficult to fault. For those looking for more piste specific rides there are narrower waisted Bandits available.
