Candide Thovex has cemented his place in the freeski history books by becoming the most accomplished all round freeskier to date. Having won gold in in X-Games Pipe, Slopestyle, Big Air, and at the Red Bull Linecatcher he now adds to his tally the Freeride World Tour title.

The finals took place today on the Bec Des Rosses in Verbier having been delayed from the weekend. On the day it was Kaj Zackrisson who took the top podium spot at probably the toughest freeride competition face on the planet. He skied a fluid line with a massive drop in the middle. He was closely followed by Aurelian Ducroz and then Henrik Winstedt and Candide in a tied third position. This meant that Candide had secured enough points to take the top spot overall on the tour.
