After a break last year, the SFR Freeskiing Tour is set to return and this time it has one of the best prizes any skier could imagine! Put your skills up to the test with a bunch of professional and amateur skiers and you could be in with a chance of winning a wild card to the Winter X Games Europe! Interested? Yeh, I thought so…

For slopestyle, keep these dates free:

Val Thorens 9-11 December
Alpes d’Huez 15-17 February
La Clusaz 22-24 February

And for the halfpipe:

La Plagne 8-10 March

As you can tell, there’s only one halfpipe event which is going to claim one of the wildcards but three events for one slopestyle wildcard. This prize will be given to winner after all three events taking in an overall ranking (Val Thorens 60%, Alpes d’Huez 20%, La Clusaz 20%).

If you’re competing and you are a youngster, you could also win pretty big. Nordica, Orage and Giro are giving full sponsorship to the best from the halfpipe and slopestyle events while the SFR are offering to help fund travel to overseas competiitons.

It’s a damn good prize for a comp and is set to help out anyone who’s looking for sponsorship or a foot in the door of the Winter X Games. You could be riding next to Jossi Wells, Bobby Brown and a hundred other big names!
