The British Snow Tour, with its fresh, newly-designed website: www.britishsnowtour.com is excited to announce that it will be shaking things up big style for this year’s Tour which kicks off in September. A new competition format, designed to maximise inclusion and riders slope time will be introduced along with an all-new National ranking system for snowboarders and freeskiers – a first for UK athletes!
Keeping the progression of UK snowboarding and freeskiing in a constant state of evolution is the driving force behind the British Snow Tour and BRITS events. With this in mind and after receiving valuable feedback from riders and spectators alike the British Snow Tour will be implementing a number of new features this year:

British Indoor Championships:
19th September – Trespass Snowboard/Skiercross Championships & Rail Jam, Glasgow SNO!zone (please note this date has changed from Saturday 18th to Sunday 19th September to eliminate an event clash)
25th September – Giro Big Air Championships, Milton Keynes SNO!zone
9th October – Protest Slopestyle Championships, Castleford SNO!zone
British Invitational Championships:

About the Snow Tour
Now in its ninth year, The British Snow Tour provides riders with a path from grass roots participation through to the highest level of snowboard & freeski competition in the UK. Open to all ability levels from novice to pro and served up across five age categories: Kids, Youth, Junior, Senior and Masters. It’s not all about the competition with a an inspirational schools tour, 500 FREE introductory lessons FREE product testing, live music and MC – the aim is to encourage everyone to get involved.
