8/5/09 (Pally)The rest of yesterday was…well a wash out, but i still managed to get up the hill again late in the day and check out conditions…not great, but at least there was a bit more in the way of a view.

The rest of the night was spent getting through the ludicrously expensive Norweigen beer in order to help Paddy and Thomas build Tuborg Towers…result!

Today has been a tale of two halves…We tried to get up the hill a bit earlier in order to get to the spot we’ve marked for a kicker, but when the view out your window is like this:

So, if in doubt head down to the fjord

and get involved!

We did though spy a window in the weather, and thankfully took the risk to see if we could get up the road…ha ha, we got to put our skis on for the first time in two days, and got to the spot!

…we managed to get a few hours building in before bad light and weather, but at least we’ve done the groundwork, and tomorrow we should be able to build whatever the gods decide to throw at us!
