So with the first Snowpark Rally mission accomplished here are your next set of orders, courtesy of Nico Zacek this time, and he’s going old school (see video below).

For the first mission of the Völkl Snowpark Rally 0910, the participants uploaded 70 ski shots to the website www.snowparkrally.com. The level was remarkably high so the expert jury of Völkl pros and professional photographers was spoilt for choice. The judges were stoked with the huge variety of the shots and thought that the level was even higher than in the previous year. They crowned the ski shots by Andrea Lichtmannegger, Diana Schmid and Patrick Steiner.

“Everyone can take part and join in!“ – that’s the slogan of the V_lkl Snowpark Rally 2010. The format is simple: first of all, you have to get the second mission from www.snowparkrally.com. Then you enter the snow park of your choice together with your buddies and a camera. Live out your creativity by looking for inventive motifs and taking shots that comply with the mission. Upload the pics to www.snowparkrally.com until the 14th of February – mission accomplished! The judges look for creativity, originality and exceptional or funny ideas! Here’s a tip by the judges after the first mission: pay attention to the mission briefing and then you’ll still have good chances to qualify for the finals!

The last mission will be issued on the 18th of February 2010. Each mission’s winning crews will be invited to the big end-of-season Snowpark Rally finals in Austria. The skiing final will be held at Tyrol’s Nordkettenbahnen high above Innsbruck from the 2nd to the 4th of April 2010. There, the crews will accomplish the winter’s last mission together with some Völkl pro riders and some professional photographers. The victorious crews will join the Völkl pros at the All Inclusive Völkl Team Week 2010. Additionally, there’s a load of non-cash prizes and lift tickets up for grabs.
