The 2011-2012 Winter Dew Tour schedule has been announced and it’s causing quite a stir in the office. Not for the fact that it’s at a bad time, it’s not, it’s just that we’re excited about what’s going to be on offer!

There’s a bit of a VIP list that’s growing for the Dew Tour this season with Simon Dumont on the bill and Torin Yater-Wallace back for the first year since hitting the big time in 2010. Along with big names comes some history in the Dew Tour. Women’s freeskiing will be elevated to a Dew Cup discipline. At Killington and Snowbasin, female skiers will be competing for points towards overall rankings.
It’s women’s slope and pipe in Killington and Snowbasin but not in Breckenridge. Apologies if that’s not what you wanted but it’s still a great step forward for the women’s discipline.
