Here’s the details:
Star detector, talent spotter, dream creator, the Quiksilver & Roxy Radar is finally coming! Quiksilver launches the new edition of an unpublished event: finding the kid and the girl who will work in the steps of Mathieu Crepel or Torah Bright, both members of the Quiksilver and Roxy’s team. Quiksilver & Roxy Radar, an european event is opened for all kids and girls aged between 8 and 14 years old, will enable to the best skier and best snowboarder to sign for one year to be part of the wonderful team, win a summer camp’s week and many other goodies. Don’t let anyone take your place in history, and so join fast !
1. Each candidate will have to present himself and send us his own best tricks’ pictures and videos. A pre-selection will be done during January. Closing of the registrations: January 16th. Between 100 & 150 kids will be selected for the Happy Riding Days.
2. For the “Happy Riding Days”, each riders will be selectioned in 14 european’s stations. They will show to the jury their best sport’s capacities in a video which will be put online and subjected to the public vote and the Quiksilver’s team vote. Closing at the end of February, early in March. 3 selected by the public, 15 by the Quiksilver Pros.
3. Second rounds’ selectioned riders will participate in an ultime Jam session during the X Games. The 4 finalists will separate themselves according each category defined on three criterias: sex, speciality and age (Girls/Boys, Ski/Snow, and -12years old/-14 years old).
Registrations deadline: Sunday January 23rd 2011, midnight.
