Kevin Rolland. The man everyone had to beat. And did they? No they did not. He managed to grab the gold with the qualifiers being the final results…. pretty much. Kevin Rolland stormed the proceedings with a 93.66! Kevin stomped a switch 9, a dub flat and dub 12 on his final run to win the top prize.

In second place was local boy and pleasant surprise, Torin Yater-Wallace. He makes himself the youngest ever athlete to win a medal at the Winter X Games. Going big and landing a sweet double flat japan, he shocked Simon Dumont with his silver medal run (92.66). With an open mouth, Dumont could do nothing but watch as the judges award the silver to Wallace.

Should Simon have kept silver medal with his run of 9.33 or were the judges right to hand it to Wallace?
