Winter X Games Europe 2011: Men’s Ski Superpipe Elimination

Last night saw the men’s Superpipe Elimination and the list of riders was immense! There were some clear favourites but the number one favourite produced one hell of a run to keep himself at the top of the game. Who am I talking about? Kevin Rolland of course! On his last run he landed a score of 91.66 with a double McTwist mute, alley-oop flat 3, switch cork 10, right 7 and finishing with a double cork 12 mute. Easily placing him in first for the final.
In a close second was Simon Dumont with 88 dead. He stomped a double cork 12 mute, right cork 9 tail, double McTwist tail, alley-oop 9 mute to a switch cork 9. And finishing in third was Justin Dorey with an 86.00. Extremely close top 3 but it all points to Kevin Rolland taking the gold again! Action Sports >>

I’ll make sure you get the best of the action from the finals when I get my hands on it! A point must be made about little Canadian ripper Torin Yater-Wallace. After his amazing finish in the Winter X Games in the States he looks like he’ll make another impression in the finals. I don’t think he’ll be on the podium this year but he’ll do well. Unless he’s added some switch tricks to his repertoire that is…
