Winter X Games Europe 2011: Women’s Ski Slopestyle Finals

The first gold medal of the Winter X Games Europe 2011 goes to Kaya Turski! She battled her way through a superb women’s slopestyle final this afternoon! She destroyed the course and took the gold medal in front of Keri Herman and Kim Lamarre.
With bad weather being a problem, they event organisers had to take out one kicker so the girls were making sure they proved themselves on two features only!
Kaya Turski had no problems with the rails after a 270 on and a switch on leading into the kickers where she stomped a 540 mute and a big switch 720 mute.

Keri Herman went for a switch on the first kinked box, a 360 mute, another disaster on the kinked box and a blind 270 on the third rail and a switch 720 at the bottom kicker.

Kim Lammare took third place with a switch lipslide on the downrail, to a left 360 and a 270 disaster on the kinked box. She then stunned the onlookers with her backside switch up over the straight to down box gap and ended with a super stylish 540 shifty.
