Elan’s first major outing in the field of reverse camber, the boomerang isn’t shy of switch powder landing. With reverse sidecut at the tip and tail, and a normal sidecut underfoot they actually carve pretty well on hard pack and piste, but at the same time when they get into the deep stuff they aren’t catchy and are in fact pretty smooth from edge to edge. Backcountry freestylers could do a lot worse, although at 190 they take a bit of effort to get them spinning, so probably better suited to the bigger lads out there.
