The Baggy was a surprisingly versatile ski. It didn’t like to be ridden slowly and definitely performs better the harder you push it, so less aggressive or less experienced skiers should probably look elsewhere. For those that can manage this ski you’ll find a decent backcountry freestlye tool that can go almost anywhere else as well. On piste it grips well, and while you won’t be winning any races carving isn’t out of the question, in powder they float easily, and the twin tip means you can get down with the freestylers. Then when you hit crud or cut up ice, these skis are solid and as good as any at getting through it. Basically if you’re looking for a backcountry freestyle ski that can go anywhere, then look no further.
