Due to its progressive nature we all know that Freeskiing is a dangerous game. But it’s something that we willingly accept when we participate in the sport, because all in all the positives far outweigh the negative times. While some of us are lucky enough to survive a season without a single incapacitating injury, others might find themselves unlucky enough to be set back for a few weeks by injury.

But then there is a whole other meaning to the word ‘unlucky’ which Giray Dadali found out only too well this season.

After separating his AC joint the first week of January (his first few days of the season!), he bounced back and was healthy enough to ride again by mid February. However just a mere two weeks later, he shattered his pelvis after overshooting a landing. Obviously this didn’t leave him much opportunity for filming, but yet he’s still managed to produce this 2012-2013 season edit, which will no doubt leave you all pretty inspired.
